Registration Fees include: 
Uniform (shell and skirt), hair bow, briefs,1 pair of socks, shoes, pom poms, bag, League Fees, Referee Fee and Insurance.

For League Certification:
Current sports physical
Ages 7 & under requires an Original Birth Certificate or US Passport
Ages 8 & up requires a State of Georgia issued ID or US Passport
